Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2015 Godan1253" is a leader who organized and operated a system in Pyeongtaek-si from around 1995 to March 2009.

On September 25, 2008, the Defendant organized and started a 14 members of Pyeongtaek-si and a 50 million won number system that pays 3750,000 won per month at the franites. The Defendant made a false statement to the victim C by joining the 3750,000 won per month when paying the 3750,000 won per month.

However, in fact, the Defendant invested in the multi-stage business around 2008 but suffered damages of KRW 00 million, and was in a very poor state of property status. At the time, the Defendant operated the system in the so-called “defacing” manner that would give rise to other fraternitys or would be repaid with the Defendant’s damages related to the multi-stage business, and eventually, it was difficult to operate the system normally, so even if receiving the fraternitys from the victim, there was no intention or ability to cause the victim to give up the fraternitys.

The Defendant received KRW 22,50,000,000 in total from September 25, 2008 to February 25, 2009, from the said C, on six occasions from around September 25, 2008, under the name of the Defendant’s agricultural bank accounts, etc.

In addition, the Defendant received a total of KRW 140,850,000 from the victims as shown in the separate sheet of crime from March 19, 2008 to March 4, 2009 by the following methods.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

The defendant of "2015 Godan1766" is a leader who organized and operated a system in Pyeongtaek-si from around 1995 to March 2009.

On November 2007, the Defendant made a false statement to the Fju point operated by the victim E in Pyeongtaek-si, 2007, that “the number of days for which each day payment is made is to be organized by the victim. To join as a fraternity, the Defendant would give a rank according to the prescribed sequence.”
