Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the B church emergency countermeasure committee, and the victim C (son, 41) is a member of the B church which is in opposition to the defendant.

On March 30, 2018, at around 17:40 on March 30, 2018, at the secretariat office used by the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Committee for Emergency Countermeasures against B church, the Defendant assaulted the victim by her hand on his/her left left part in order to prevent the victim from opening a newspaper attached to the window of the above office.
