Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) is a person engaged in driving a vehicle B at the B B B.

On May 30, 2020, the Defendant driven the above car at around 03:00, and proceeded at the speed of five lanes near the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Western Highway along the three-lane in the direction of the Western IIC.

At the time, since it is night and is a highway, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive the motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and there was a duty of care to secure the safety distance of the motor vehicle as well as to safely drive the motor vehicle along the vehicle and prevent the collision with other motor vehicles by safely driving it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to keep the vehicle line without securing a sufficient safety distance while under the influence of 0.091% of alcohol content, and received the back wheels part of the DK7 car driving by the injured party C (Nam, 32 years old) who operated four lanes due to the negligence in the course of driving the vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, committed an injury to the victim C, such as catum salt in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, committed an injury to the victim E (the age of 27) who was on board the said K7 car, such as catum salt in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and catum salt in need of medical treatment for about 10 days to the victim F (the age of 24) who was on board the K7 car, and escaped without immediately stopping the vehicle and without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victims.

2. On May 30, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) from the front side of the “H Ha-dong community service center,” located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, to the front side of the “H Ha-dong,” located in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
