1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons
1. Determination as to the cause of claim
A. On July 3, 2013, the Plaintiff leased the instant building to the Defendant by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 10 million, KRW 1.65 million per month, and the period from August 1, 2013 to July 31, 2015 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
(2) On February 6, 2014, the Defendant did not pay that the Plaintiff was in arrears until February 15, 2014, and the Plaintiff sent a letter verifying the termination of the instant lease agreement to the Defendant.
3) Notwithstanding the notification as mentioned in the foregoing 2, the Defendant failed to pay the Plaintiff the rent or management fee in arrears as stated in the “the details of delayed rent and management expenses” as stated in the attached Form, and on April 1, 2014, the Plaintiff sent to the Defendant a content-certified mail indicating that if the rent in arrears, etc. as stated in the attached Form is not paid by April 10, 2014, the instant building should be handed over. The mail reached the Defendant around that time, but the Defendant did not pay the above overdue rent, etc. to the Plaintiff by April 10, 2014.

B. According to the above findings of determination, the instant lease agreement was lawfully terminated by the Plaintiff’s declaration of termination on April 1, 2014, which was made on the ground of the Defendant’s failure to pay two or more rents, and terminated around April 10, 2014. As such, the Defendant delivered the instant building to the Plaintiff and entered “the details of delayed rent and management expenses” in attached Form 1, 1,32 million won (1.65 million won x 1.655 million won) calculated at the rate of 1,65 million won from August 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014, and 1,745,505 won, total 14,945,505 won (1,3205 won, 1,745,505 won), and KRW 1,571,505 won and KRW 1,571,505 won and KRW 1,5450,750,000 won (one,500 won).5 won and KRW
