Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 4, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a crime of larceny in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Gwangju District Court’s net support on December 21, 2007, and was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on October 30, 2009, and was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court’s net support on April 22, 2011, and completed the execution of the sentence by the Gwangju District Court on March 10, 2013.

1. On July 12, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, at around 07:50, operated a rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license, and proceeded at a speed of about 40 km per hour from the sloping side to the sloping intersection, which is located in the sloping-dong at an insular speed, at the speed of about 50 km between two lanes.
