Punishment of the crime

Around 23:54 on July 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) expressed that D operating a vehicle he/she gets drinking control from E in front of the Sinnam-si, the Sinnam-si, and that E was able to say that E and the same police station traffic safety department affiliated with E and the same police station, “I will gather, why I will do,” and “I would like to go beyond the chest of E while I want to stop this, and interfere with F’s legitimate performance of duties related to the regulation of drinking driving by assaulting F, such as “Choste,” stating that “I will go through a dice,” and assaulting F to his/her chest.”
