A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:55, at the main point of “C” located in Busan Shipping Daegu, the Defendant, along with the victim D (30 cm) and the Defendant’s wife E and the studs, had all other persons except the victim go out of the studio of the above main point on the ground that the victim’s speech does not fit the victim, and (b) had the victim go out of the studio of the above main point; and (c) had the victim move out of the victim’s face, head side, chest, breast, etc., the Defendant Da prices approximately 8 weeks of the victim’s face, head side, chest, etc., and laid down the left side and floor of the victim’s floor for about 8 weeks of medical treatment.
