If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) performed trial costs on the ground that the victim E (52 taxes) obstructed and parked a road in front of the D parking lot located in Gyeong-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun on March 25, 2017; and (b) performed a dangerous act, which is a dangerous object stored in the Defendant’s vehicle.

In the case of a victim, "Death or death shall be discarded".

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
