A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2017, the Defendant and the Victim C (36 taxes, women) were in the past a relationship between the Defendant and the victims through “D”, which came to know through a smartphone fluor who arranged the south of the same-sex neighbors.
