On March 31, 2013, at around 04:14, the Defendant driven a rocketing car owned B with approximately 1 km section from the road on which it is impossible to identify the flow of the Nowon-gu, Seocheon-si to the road front of the 1030 street street, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.096%.
