A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 29, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.110% among blood transfusions, driving a cub car in B, and driving this cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubic cubbling

In this case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent the accident by driving the motor vehicle according to the new code.

Nevertheless, while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to change the vehicle signal to the stop signal, and was negligent in proceeding as it is, the Defendant received the part of the driver’s seat of the victim C(42 ) who is driving in accordance with the main line from the right side of the Defendant’s running on the left side to the left side of the driver’s car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, from the victim E (25 years) and the victim F (25 years) who were on board the Defendant’s car at the same time, approximately two weeks of medical treatment, injuries such as crums and tensions, and approximately six weeks of medical treatment to the victim C, respectively.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) was driven by the Defendant under the influence of alcohol 0.110% in a section of approximately 22 km from the roads near the cans house located in the open-dong Eup of the Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Busan-do, to the “slsan-dong, Busan-dong, Busan-dong,” which is located in the Nam-dong, Nam-gu, Busan-do.
