Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a small-scale car B.

On November 25, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 12:10, and proceeded to turn to the left in the direction of the terminal shooting distance from the direction of the tent distance.

Since there is a three-distance intersection with a signal apparatus, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely proceed in accordance with the signals of the signal apparatus and prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, even though the Defendant neglected to perform his duty at the front direction, and the electric direction signal has been changed to the right turn signal, the Defendant, due to the negligence that was known to the left turn signal and proceeded to the left right turn, conflict with the front of the DK5 vehicle operated by the victim C(34 , n) who was in the direction of the right direction at the time, in the direction of the direction of the right direction at the time, with the front of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, injury to the victim C, such as rain salt and tensions that require approximately two weeks of treatment to the same passenger E (35 tax, south) for the same passenger E (35 tax, south). The Defendant suffered, respectively, the injury to the same passenger F (4 , 4 , 5 , 5 , 1 , 1 , 1 , 1 , 2-day of treatment for about two weeks of treatment.
