A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

B A person who substantially operates (State)D and (State) E in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, a trade brokerage company, is a person in charge of overall affairs such as fund management. From August 2016 to December 2016, the Defendant was working as the director of the LAF and the director of the LAF in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do. Since then, the Defendant: (a) performed an act as an individual investor in the capacity of its employees; (b) recruited investors; (c) transferred the investment money to B; and (d) received dividends at a certain ratio of the investment money; and (e) had the intent to make a false statement to investors and raise investments.
