Each public prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The facts charged (the facts charged) are those who served as the head of the cooperative of the CF in Kimcheon-si (hereinafter “CFF”) from March 2006, and the victim D is those who served as the head of the 4th division of the said CFF.

Around January 25, 2011, the Defendant was subject to four months of suspension from office due to a violation of the provision, such as raising funds, false reporting, etc., and filed a complaint against the victim for embezzlement around October 31, 201. Around January 9, 2012, the Defendant dismissed the victim on the ground of embezzlement, etc., but the victim was dismissed on the ground of embezzlement, etc., but the victim won in the lawsuit for invalidation of dismissal filed by the victim and returned the case to the Agricultural Cooperative on September 2, 2013 through reinstatement order. In the process, the victim was respected.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 10:00 on November 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 80 persons, including representatives, executive officers, and employees, and (b) on the second floor of the said CF, entered “receiving and planning”; (c) business trips; (d) absence from office; and (e) the date indicated in writing as soon as possible as holiday; and (e) displayed the participants on the screen of the number of August 8, 2013, 9,10; and (e) the victim was absent from office without permission on the date indicated as soon as possible, the Defendant was present at the meeting of the NAF and female groups outside the said CF; and (e) the Defendant reported that the victim was health at the assembly site; and (e) reported that the victim was at the assembly site; and (e) reported that the victim was at the bar, and thus, was not at the hospital.

However, the term "receiving and planning" indicated on the above date is the date when the victim performs his/her duties by entrusting the division of duties, and the term "business trip".
