If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a D-1 ton truck on the street in the front of Busan City’s annual port C on the ground that the injured party obstructed the front of the vehicle; (b) posted the victim on a vehicle; (c) while being aware of the fact that the injured party was driving the truck, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the part of the injured party, such as chests, in need of a medical treatment for about 21 days, on the ground that the injured party obstructed the front of the vehicle.
