Punishment of the crime

[2] On March 8, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the Cheongju District Court’s Jeju District Court’s branch on December 27, 2012, and was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the Daejeon District Court’s Seosan Branch on April 15, 2015, and is currently under trial at the Daejeon District Court.

1. The Defendant had expressed his mind to acquire money by deceiving the employees, as if he purchased the soft cards purchased from other convenience stores at the damaged convenience stores, by demanding refund.

On July 29, 2014, around 18:27, the Defendant, at the HO convenience store located in Haak-gun, Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun, Kim Sung-gun, Haak-gun, Haakd the location of the phone and telephone calls, and then, the Defendant, an employee, purchased Trum 4 sets and talked with HP, “Trum 4 sets, which would have been refunded,” and then, the Defendant acquired money from HP, 200,000 won in cash.
