Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2015, at around 03:00, the Defendant came to know that there was a victim C (M, 31 years of age) who had livedd in Korea at around 03:00, around 101, and that he was carrying a new male.

As such, the defendant, who is in booming, abused the victim's neck by hand while taking the victim's bath, and assaulted the victim by taking about three times with the victim's hand floor.
