Criminal facts

On March 15, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim C at the Dong Burial Market located in Seoul Newdong, Seoul, stating that “The Defendant would seek three for three for Samsung Digital Campcos in which one million won is 500,000 won per house per house.”

However, the facts did not have the intention or ability to rescue the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, obtained a cash of one million won from the victim for the purchase cost of the camping cam in the same place.
