Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2015, the Defendant submitted a written complaint at the public service center of the Goyang Police Station located in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 12, the defendant filed a written complaint with D as the defendant, and made a statement by the complainant on or around the 24th of the same month.

The purpose of the complaint is that "D has taken multiple images, such as the face of sexual intercourse between D and the defendant, without permission of the defendant, during the period from 2006 to August 2013, 201, so criminal punishment is changed."

However, it is false that D has taken a dynamic image with the consent of the defendant, and it is true that D has taken a face of sexual intercourse without permission.

Ultimately, the Defendant reported false facts to public offices for the purpose of having D receive criminal punishment.

① At the time when the Defendant took a cambling image with D, the Defendant clearly perceived the cambling (i.e., “V” cambling or applying for a camping cambling, and (ii) took a conversation with D cambling, and (iii) took a cambling of D directly by obtaining the cambling from D (No. 122 pages of the investigation record). ② ② The Defendant’s bambling and the motion picture submitted are taken with the Defendant’s consent; ② the method and situation of taking the cambling image as seen earlier; the method and situation of taking the cambling image as seen earlier; and the relationship between the Defendant and D at the time of taking the cambling.
