1. The defendant shall pay 1,408,400,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 12, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. The Plaintiff filed a claim for a lease to the Defendant from June 7, 2011 to June 6, 2021 during the lease period of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Building Site B and ground buildings.

During the lease period, the Plaintiff and the Defendant changed the multiple rents upon the Defendant’s request for the adjustment of rent.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the termination of the lease agreement and the said lease agreement was terminated on November 30, 2014.

Therefore, the defendant should pay the plaintiff a total of KRW 1,408,400,000.
