1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 8, 2016, the Defendant posted the Defendant’s public notice of sale (hereinafter “instant public notice of sale”) on the Internet auction site using the Korea Asset Management Corporation’s electronic asset disposal system (hereinafter “Ondod”).

The main contents of the above notice are as follows:

[Commercial and Business Building / Neighborhood Living Facilities] The area of information size of 3,918 square meters, building size 1,947 square meters, and the current status of use of the building area of 581-23 neighborhood living facilities, Seo-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, 581-23, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do.

B. On the same day, the Defendant posted the public notice of the instant public notice of the sale in question on the public notice of the instant public notice of the auction (hereinafter “instant public notice”) of the general competitive bidding for the sale of jointly owned property under Article 2016-116 of the Seosan-si Public Notice of the said public notice (hereinafter “instant public notice”).

If a successful bidder fails to conclude a contract within the fixed period under Article 12 of the Act on Contracts to Which a Local Government Is a Party, the bid bond will be vested in Korea, and it will be subject to a restriction on qualification for participation in bidding as an unjust businessman.
