1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On June 14, 2016, the Defendant issued a public notice of bidding for sale of disused vehicles (hereinafter “instant public notice”) with the following content as follows.

(a) Tender title: Sale of disused vehicles (special ambulances);

(b) The estimated purchase price (km) of the odometer special ambulances B on April 10, 2008, at the first registration date of the vehicle registration number of the vehicle type and the name of the vehicle subject to sale;

5. Payment and reversion of bid bonds;

(a) pay a bid bond equivalent to 5/100 of the bid amount to the bank account assigned to the bidder on the bidding screen of “Ondod” until the end of the electronic bidding pursuant to Article 37 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which a Local Government Is a Party and Article 41 of the Enforcement Rule of the same Act;

B. If the successful bidder fails to conclude the contract within the fixed period without any justifiable reason, the bid bond will belong to our group.

6. Selection of successful bidders;

(a) A successful tenderer shall be determined from among two or more effective bidders who have tendered at the highest price or higher as a successful tenderer;

(b) The successful bidder shall enter into the contract within 10 days from the date of the successful tender, and if the contract within the time limit is not concluded, the bid bond shall belong to our armed forces and may be subject to sanctions as unjust enterprisers.
