Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) was a person who has a GS Construction and ownership dispute over 103 Do 2402, JS Construction and ownership dispute over 2402, and (b) concluded a facility security contract with the victim CS Construction Co., Ltd.; and (c) the Defendant was willing to spread false information that the police officer sent back to the police for the reason that the victim did not commit any illegal act, and reported the victim’s facility security to the police several times; and (d) the Defendant was willing to spread such false information to

On May 19, 2013 and around 14:00 the following day, the Defendant, along with his wife C, was living together with the Defendant, and the Defendant was living together in the Heungdong B apartment commercial building, and the victim was living in the front of the Defendant’s residence pursuant to a contract with GS Construction, and did not have tried to detain or rape the Defendant’s wife, and even though he was well aware of such facts, the Defendant distributed the victims to the real estate office, including D Licensed Real Estate Agents, who were working in the G apartment 103 unit from May 15, 2013 to 17:0.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.
