Punishment of the crime

The Ministry of Health and Welfare changed from the Minister of Health and Welfare to the Administrator of the Disease Management Agency through the amendment of Act No. 17472 on August 11, 2020;

A Mayor/Do Governor or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu shall take measures to restrict or prohibit performances, assemblies, religious rites, or other gatherings of many people in order to prevent infectious diseases, and no person shall violate such measures.

From around 00:00 on August 19, 2020 to the date of separate cancellation, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Mayor announced and implemented a collective prohibition order against gathering several gatherings against high-risk facilities, such as entertainment stations and danrans, in Seoul. Accordingly, the head of Gangnam-gu issued a collective prohibition order against gathering gatherings to the above purport as to D's entertainment centers located in the Seoul Northern-gu B around August 19, 2020.

Nevertheless, the defendant from September 23, 2020 to the same month.

6. By no later than 03:11, the above order of prohibition was issued, and the order of prohibition of gathering was violated, such as selling food by gathering with E, F, G, H, etc., and selling food, singing, dancing, and exchanging talks.
