1. The defendant shall pay 120,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from January 1, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff’s indication 00,000 won, from September 1, 2010 to June 30, 2015, without interest agreement, shall be lent to the Defendant a total of KRW 120,000,000 to the Defendant on October 20, 2015, the Defendant shall prepare and deliver a certificate of borrowing the Plaintiff to pay the said amount in installments as follows: (i) one million won on the last day of each month from November 2015 to October 2016; (ii) one million won on the last day of each month from November 2016 to October 2017; and (iii) two million won on the last day of each month from December 2017; and (iv) the remainder amount shall be paid in full at the rate of 15% per annum from the date of the above payment to the date of delay; and (v) the Defendant shall make a loan from 10,1500,000 to 15% per annum.
