1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the defendant exceeding the amount ordered to be paid below shall be revoked, respectively.

1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiffs 1 through 18 are those who work for the following as road repair staff or red control staff of the following offices: (a) the following offices are attached to the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (hereinafter “A office”); (b) the B Office of National Territory Management (hereinafter “B Office”); (c) the C Office of National Land Management under the Do Management Office of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “C Office”); (d) the Plaintiff 29 through 36, the D Office of National Land Management under the Daejeon Regional Land Management Office of National Land Management (hereinafter “D Office”); and (c) the E Office of National Land Management under the Daejeon Regional Land Management Office of National Land Management (hereinafter “E Office”); and (d) the Plaintiff 37 through 44 are appointed respectively as the road repair staff or red control staff of the E Office of National Land Management under the Daejeon National Land Management.

B. Of the plaintiffs, the current status of the Road Repair Board and the Standing Board for each office is as listed below:

C. Among the plaintiffs, the repair personnel worked at 09:00 each day from the daily day to the Friday and retired at 18:00.

However, among the plaintiffs, the Ministry of the Interior set up 2-5 workers with 2-5 workers and 3-2 workers, shift their day duty, night duty, and holiday duty according to the sequences as listed below, or the day duty is continued for 1 week or 10 days, and night duty is for 10 days.

D. The Defendant is stipulated by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs’ Regulations for Management of Road Management Life Contract Workers (Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs’) and the budget execution guidelines for ordinary project costs.
