Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The defendant is a social welfare foundation established pursuant to the Social Welfare Services Act, and its affiliated mental health sanatoriums C (including about 191 persons with mental illness, etc.).

C. A dietitian and cook worked for the period from Triday to Triday as “9:00-18:00” and worked for the form of work to work alternately on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (hereinafter “daily work”).

E.
