1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 50,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from November 1, 2016 to February 15, 2017.

The facts stated in the cause of the claim are not disputed between the parties.

However, the defendant wanting to make installment payments in one million won per month, but there is no legal basis that the plaintiff should accept in this case, which is a civil procedure.

Therefore, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay to the Defendant 50 million won and to pay 5% interest per annum as prescribed by the Civil Act from November 1, 2016 to February 15, 2017 (the delivery date of the complaint) and 15% interest per annum as prescribed by the Litigation Promotion Act from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim is accepted.
