1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;
2. Of the facts charged in the instant case, the prosecution against assault is dismissed.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 15, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court's Ansan-dong branch, and a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime in the Daegu District Court's Kimcheon-do branch on May 16, 2012.

1. On December 25, 2014, at around 05:31, 2014, the Defendant driven a ice car under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 300 meters alcohol concentration of 0.187% from the front side of “Sin Ssagle” in the Andong-si, Andong-si, to the front road of “Ssagle Safin Stak Stacks Stacks Stacks Stacks Stacks Stack.
2. At around 07:04 on the same day, the Defendant driven B Habrop car under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 0.165% of alcohol concentration at the section of about 4km from the front day of the “K2 Agroping soup” to the front day of the “K2 Agoping Dok-dong” store located in Andong-si, Andong-si.
3. At around 12:43 on the same day, the Defendant driven B ice car while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.225% of alcohol alcohol concentration from the section of approximately 3 km from the front of the “K2 dong” road in Ansan-si, Andong-si to the front of the “Y2 dong-dong” road in Ansan-si.
Although the Defendant had been punished for drunk driving more than twice as stated in the above criminal records, at around 00:41 on January 23, 2015, the Defendant driven a Bller car at a section of about 100 meters from the road in front of the day before the day when he/she becomes aware of the name in the Andong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong
