A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2013, the Defendant: (a) promised to marry with the victim on the condition that he/she becomes aware of the victim D (V, 61 years of age) through the introduction of the police officer C on behalf of the victim; and (b) paid the victim’s personal debt on behalf of the victim at that time.

1. On January 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 16:30 on January 25, 2013, the Defendant expressed that the victim was unable to communicate in front of the residence of the victim in the Jung-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon, on the ground that he was not in contact; (b) the victim “Isk, Hask, Hask, Hask, and Haskh, Haskh, Haskh, Haskh, Haskh, Haskh, Haskh, Iskn, Is the victim’s desire to be “Iskh, Iskn's house, Iskn's house, Is the victim’s desire to be “Iskn's why Isk, Iskn's house,” and assault the victim once

2. 상해 피고인은 2013. 1. 25. 17:10경 제1항과 같이 피해자와 함께 택시를 타고 피고인의 주거지인 대전 동구 E, 105호에 도착한 후, 피해자가 도망가지 못하도록 출입문의 시정장치를 모두 잠근 다음 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴 부위를 5회 가량 때리고, 이를 피해 도망가려는 피해자의 머리채를 손으로 붙잡아 그곳 출입문에 피해자의 머리를 수회 찧어 피해자에게 약 28일간의 치료가 필요한 상세불명의 뇌진탕 및 두피 열상 등을 가하였다.

On January 25, 2013, at around 17:10 on January 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim into his/her residence and inflicted bodily injury; and (b) raped the victim as stipulated in paragraph (4) below; and (c) prevented the victim of drinking water from leaving the victim out of his/her residence until January 11:00 on the following day.

Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim.

A. The Defendant, from January 25, 2013 to around 21:00 on the same day, was above the Defendant.
