A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents at the Chuncheon District Court on February 14, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 22th of

1. On November 24, 2012, at around 11:20, the Defendant driven a sealed freight truck C, and driven a road without the front lane in the northwest of the Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, into the customary market room from the original e-distance room. When the Defendant neglected to exercise due diligence to check the rear side properly, the Defendant D owned by the victim E, which was parked at the edge of the above road, owned the front side of the XG car to the right side of the Defendant, and damaged the said victim’s car to be repaired in KRW 893,108.

2. On November 24, 2012, around 10:00 on November 24, 2012, the Defendant driven a C salary class with freight without obtaining a driver’s license within a section of about 16 km from the Jin-gun’s apartment parking lot to the Jin-gun’s apartment parking lot to the Gin-gun’s apartment parking lot at approximately 11:20 on the same day and around 11:20 on the same day.

3. The Defendant, as a holder of the above C-wing truck, operated the said truck, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and time as that of the preceding paragraph.
