Punishment of the crime

1. On March 11, 2014, Defendant A, without obtaining permission from the commissioner of the competent district police agency, possessed the said air gun at the Defendant’s house from the “E gun company” located in D at Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 206, by having one air gun (F) on its own house and possessing the air gun at the Defendant’s house, from March 12, 2014 to March 02:30.

2. Defendant B

A. Unauthorized guns, gas sprayers, and electric shock machine sales Defendant without obtaining permission from the commissioner of the competent district police agency for the sales of guns, gas sprayers, and electric shock machine sales business; from March 21, 2006 to March 21, 2006, a person who actually runs the E gun in Kimpo-si; and a person who wishes to sell guns, etc., must obtain permission from the competent local police agency.

Nevertheless, when the permission for sales business was revoked on January 15, 2006 by the Defendant, the Defendant sold guns, gas sprayers, and electric shock machines, respectively, without obtaining permission from the commissioner of the competent district police agency, on or around November 28, 2012, within the “EM” stipulated in paragraph (1) without obtaining permission from the commissioner of the competent district police agency, to H 90,000 won. In this case, during the period from around April 29, 2014, the Defendant sold guns, gas sprayers, and electric shock machines, respectively, without obtaining permission from the commissioner of the competent district police agency over 22 times in total, as shown in the annexed list of crimes.

B. On March 3, 2014, at around 16:16, the Defendant accepted an air gun that the J requested repair from the “EMM” under paragraph (1) of the same Article without obtaining permission from the commissioner of the competent district police agency for manufacturing guns.
