Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 13, 2013, from around 11:51 to around 14:53, the Defendant filed a false report stating that “The Defendant would be subject to money to the 112 Reporting Center, e.g., the thickness, fars, and Samsung C, under the influence of alcohol in the D laundry Station located in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si, Sungwon-si, by calling at the 112 Reporting Center,” and “I will know why it has been reported to the police.”

2. The Defendant, under the influence of a deceptive scheme, made a false report on eight occasions under the influence of alcohol as set forth in the foregoing 1. The police officer, who had performed his duties at the Changwon Police Station E box, was dispatched to the police station several times.

The Defendant: (a) prevented another reporter in need of urgency from receiving assistance from a police officer; (b) caused a waste of police force; and (c) obstructed the performance of duties by using a deceptive scheme to perform duties of assistant F for the Changwon Police Station Esca in the performance of duties.
