And C are broadcasting auxiliary contributors, and D are workers and Vietnam who entered the Republic of Korea on April 19, 2010 as non-spouses of the people (F-2).
Defendant, C, D, and E had had the nationality of the Republic of Korea for the newborn baby living in Vietnam residing in Korea, and had a passport issued by the Republic of Korea for departure from Vietnam, and requested that the Defendant report the newborn baby to Vietnam as if they were their own children, and the Defendant requested D to commit the above crimes, suggested D to respond to the proposal, and introduced D to request the acquisition of the nationality of the Republic of Korea for the newborn baby living in Vietnam, and conducted the following crimes in collusion with each other.
1. In accordance with the foregoing public offering, C, and D, around May 11, 201, according to the foregoing public offering, C, and D, the public service center of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government office, even though the Korean name G was not the father of D, as if the Korean name G was the father of D’s birth report and birth certificate, the “D” and “G” were stated in the column of the father of the birth report and birth certificate, and the public official belonging to the above Gu office, who was unaware of the fact, submitted a false birth report, etc. to the public official belonging to the above Gu office, and had the said public official enter false facts in the same public electronic records as that of the family relations register and kept it around that time.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, D, and E, filed a false report to the public official, and had him enter false facts in the same public electronic records in the family relations register and keep them.
2. C and D, according to the above public offering in violation of the Passport Act, did not enter false facts in the civil petition office of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office passport issued, or obtain a passport by other unlawful means, even if they were not issued with a passport around May 18, 201.
