Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and an entrusted business entity, shall issue sports promotion betting tickets or similar things (including the issuance by means of information and communications networks) and provide property or financial benefits to persons who win at the betting results, and no person shall do gambling using such prohibited acts.

From September 30, 2013 to May 11, 2014, the Defendant transferred totaling KRW 78,770,000 to each national bank account designated by the operator of the Defendant’s new bank account, etc., as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes, from around September 30, 2013 to May 1, 201, and received the corresponding game money.

The Defendant connected the above site to a computer or smartphone in the Blue ecological park, etc. in Busan Northern-dong, carried game money, received dividends corresponding to the dividend rate at home and abroad for sports events, such as a axis, etc., and received a total of KRW 91,481,00,000, by gambling in the method of losing the game money on the face of the mold.
