Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is confined in the third prison of the North Korean Peninsula, and was living together in the victim B (the age of 60) and the military prison.

The defendant, around 09:00 on October 4, 2019, at the workplace of the military prison in the area of the Si/Gun/Gu, the Si/Gu Si/Gun/Eup/Myeon around 09:0, as a result of the joint work with the victim, has become a vision and has a dispute with the victim.

In 201, the victim assaulted the victim by pushing the victim's neck on one occasion with left hand.
