A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2017, the Defendant: (a) provided D (the imprisonment of April 19, 2018, with a maximum term of April 19, 2018, the imprisonment of April 6, 2018, the short term of March 3, 2018, and E (the five-year imprisonment of April 19, 2018) with the victim F (F, 20 years of age), and G (n, 20 years of age) with a cell phone opening or getting a financial institution loans; and (b) provided D and E with a promise to take part of the amount taken by the victims in return for the provision of the said Defendant’s house to D and E, with the intent of taking part of the amount taken by the victims.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with D, E, and robbery.

2. On August 20, 2017, the Defendant injured the victim’s bodily injury caused by confinement: (a) had the victim F, who was outside the residence of the Daejeon-gu building B, the Daejeon-gu building C, the Defendant’s residential area; (b) had the victim F, in a way outside the victim’s door so that the victim F, and the victim G not going out of the said building; (c) had the victim F, in a way outside the door, 50 strings the her arm’s length; (d) let the victim G, in a way that the victim’s her arm’s length her arm’s length her arm’s length her arm’s length her arm’s length her arm’s length her arm’s length her arm’s length,

D When the victim F's face and eye can be seen, E used to assault the victim G with the hack pipe from the Defendant to 3 to 4 times her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst herst

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with D and E to assault victims to prevent escape and suffered bodily injury.

3. On August 2017, the Defendant is located in the residence of the Daejeon Dong-gu building and the Defendant of the Daejeonhoman.
