A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From July 2015, the Defendant returned to the victim B (n, 29 years of age) from July 2015, but was the relationship at around November 2019.

1. Special violence;

A. The defendant is thereby dangerous.
