Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a deaf-mute who worked as the head of the C sign language interpretation center in Chungcheongbuk-do from January 201 to January 2016.

From January 2014 to September 2015, the Defendant participated in the business of the sign language interpretation center, which is a public work business, and received public labor benefits.

From March 24, 2014 to November 19, 2014, the Defendant received training training for social workers conducted by the D University Social Education Center at D University’s working hours, and did not take separate measures, but treated as if he/she had worked normally as a normal worker.

In addition, the defendant dealt with the attendance of the participants in the public work project as if he/she worked for the business of the sign language interpretation center, although he/she had worked for the contact within the F factory in the Chungcheongbuk E from June 2015 to September 2015.

As above, the Defendant submitted a false statement of attendance and written request to the public official in charge of the Administration of the Victim C, and received 4,553,265 won of public labor benefits and allowances as shown in the attached Table of Crimes.
