1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 52,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 30, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

On September 23, 2016, the Plaintiff received a contract from the Defendant for steel framed (excluding value-added tax) for construction cost of KRW 120 million from September 23, 2016 to October 31, 2016; the Plaintiff completed the said construction; the Plaintiff was paid KRW 80 million from the Defendant during the said construction cost; the remaining construction cost of KRW 52 million (including value-added tax 12 million) may be recognized either as a dispute between the parties or as a whole by taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments in subparagraphs 1, 2, and 3.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from March 30, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the service date of the original copy of the instant payment order, to the day of service of the original copy of the instant payment order.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
