1. The Defendant’s KRW 80,782,497 as well as 5% per annum from January 16, 2017 to May 10, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. From June 2016 to August 2016, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with tools and miscellaneous materials equivalent to KRW 129,802,270 (total value-added tax of KRW 142,782,497).

B. The Plaintiff recognized that the Defendant paid the price of goods worth KRW 40 million on September 4, 2016, and KRW 20 million on December 21, 2016, and that two million should be deducted from the said price of goods.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 80,782,497 won and 15% interest per annum from January 17, 2017 to May 10, 2017, which is the day following the service of the original copy of the payment order sought by the Plaintiff, to the day of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified within the above scope of recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
