A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud in the Western District Court Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court as of December 10, 2015, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on April 30, 2016.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 4095" did not have any intention or ability to pay food, usage fees, etc. even if he/she uses a restaurant or a cream room as a person who moved at the house without any special revenue or money and lived in the house, such as a cream room.

On June 8, 2016, at around 19:40, the Defendant entered the “Epiced bank” operated by the victim D(S) of the Daegu Suwon-gu (Segu) as “Epiced bank,” and subsequently, as if he would pay the fee after using the epiced bank, the Defendant belongeded the victim, and thereafter, from her employee to 15:00 on the following day, did not use the epiced computer for 19 hours to 18 minutes from 15:00 to 15,500 on the following day and did not pay the fee.

From that time until August 30, 2016, the Defendant acquired a total of KRW 125,800,000, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from that time, from that time to that time.

On August 11, 2016, the Defendant used the PC from that time to August 12, 2016, as if he/she were to use the PC after entering the HP bank managed by the victim G in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and then paying the fee for using the PC.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the PC usage price.

As above, the Defendant did not pay the fare of KRW 13,800 after deceiving the victim and using the PC, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

The Defendant, “2016 Highest 4468” from June 19, 2016 to June 00, 2016, obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of 13,000 won in a way that he/she does not pay the PC fee from the “JPC bank” located in Daegu-gu I for about about 11 hours and 20 minutes, without any intent or ability to pay the fee.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 4791" runs home without any special revenue or money, and runs a scambling, etc.
