Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On March 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on April 22, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in a governmental prison.

1. On April 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around April 28, 2015, at the Government of Gyeonggi-do, stolen construction materials of approximately KRW 175 km (100,000,000) at the construction site managed by C victim D, which were loaded in rik and stolen.
2. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant thefted 205 g of construction materials worth approximately KRW 100,000 at the market price at the same place on May 1, 2015 and stolen them.
3. On May 2, 2015, the Defendant stolen the construction materials of approximately KRW 100,000 in the market price at the same place around 12:00 on May 2, 2015, and stolen them.

1. On July 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen construction materials at a construction site using the fact that the construction materials management at the construction site was neglected; (b) attempted to sell them on high water, etc.; and (c) prepared 12 iron pumps in advance at the victim’s market price located in the front of the G construction site managed by the victim F, E at the Government-si around July 10, 2015, 12 of the victim’s market price located in the G construction site, which was managed by the victim F, and loaded and stolen them in the knife, and entered 14,850,000 won in total at the market price as indicated in the attached Table 1 “crime Day List 1; and (d) intruded the building under the management of the victim I at the Government-Si, around 18:00 in order to August 20, 2015, as indicated in the attached Table 16 through 14, the total number of intrusions managed by another person.
2. On August 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim K’s house construction site in order to the end of 02:00,00 in order; (b) and (c) was in line with the victim’s possession of the first floor at the construction site; and (d) was in line with steel bars that amounting to KRW 600,000,000 in the market price of the said construction site.
