Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a three-dimensional vehicle.

1. On July 12, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury resulting from D Driving) was driving the said vehicle on or around July 21:15, 2015, and was driving in front of the E-cafeteria in D from the area of the Ansan Medical Center to the area of the distance of the so-called so-called “scopic death or injury” in the middle of the two-lane, and there was a duty of care to not exceed the central line.
