A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of five million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on January 31, 2020, the Daejeon District Court sentenced two years to imprisonment for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and three years for a suspended sentence, which became final and conclusive on February 8, 2020.

1. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads;

A. A. On October 7, 2020, the Defendant, around 07:30 on October 7, 2020, driven a Down car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 07:30 on October 7, 2020, through the road in front of the farm run by the Defendant’s parents in Sejong K from around the Sejong J apartment on October 7, 2020 to the front road of the said J apartment.

B. On October 7, 2020, the Defendant, around October 17:30, 202, driven a Do-type J apartment on October 7, 2020, without obtaining a vehicle driver’s license from around 15 km to the road at the entrance of the KTX E-type parking lot located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.

2. On October 23, 2020, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.0325% in the blood while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.0325%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the Do in front of the parking lot set forth in the above 1-B B, to the front intersection of the Sejong apartment house, around 15km from around 23:38, 2020.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, and operated a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.
