Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), etc. by the Gwangju District Court on September 4, 2015, and a fine of four million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Gwangju District Court on June 17, 2016.

On September 30, 2020, the Defendant driven a dic acid car from approximately 500 meters away from the her native house, which was under the influence of alcohol by 0.242% during blood while under the influence of alcohol at around 13:16 on September 30, 2020 to the G nearby road located in the same city F.

As a result, the Defendant transferred a motor vehicle without a driver's license, and at the same time violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.

On October 8, 2020, the Defendant 2020, 5595, driven a Dsan-type car from about 5 km to the front day of the Defendant’s her native house in his/her mother-gu in his/her mother city in his/her mother city in his/her mother city, with alcohol level of 0.160% under the influence of alcohol during blood, without obtaining a driver’s license on October 8, 2020.

As a result, the Defendant transferred a motor vehicle without a driver's license, and at the same time violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
