The judgment below

On the ground of appeal No. 7, 20 billion won, “29,360 billion won” is “29,360 million won.”

The grounds of appeal are examined.

In light of the records and evidence, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the occurrence of property damage, breach of duty, intentional act and calculation of property damage in the crime of occupational breach of trust, or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Meanwhile, the Defendants appealed to the entire judgment of the court below, but the remaining guilty portion is not indicated in the petition of appeal and the appellate brief does not state the grounds for appeal.

Therefore, all appeals shall be dismissed, and since it is clear that there is any error in the text of the judgment of the court below as above, it shall be corrected under Article 25(1) of the Regulations on Criminal Procedure. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
