In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty on the grounds as stated in its holding that the facts charged in this case are not a crime or there is no evidence of such crime, and found the defendant not guilty. There is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to the meaning of "a person who administers another's business", "a person who administers another's business",

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
