Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Trucks operating on roads shall pass through the lanes or places where the loading capacity measuring equipment is installed in order to measure the loading capacity.

Nevertheless, on March 12, 2016, the Defendant driving a B B 11 ton truck around 11:58, and entered the road of the common lower-class, without entering the lane where the loading quantity measurement equipment is installed, while passing through the business office of the Namyang-gu, Seoul, Egyeong-dong in Gyeonggi-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the measurement of vehicle load in a way that does not pass through the lane or place where the load measurement equipment is installed.
