1. The Defendants jointly do so to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000, Plaintiff B, and C respectively, and each of them.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the parties 1) Plaintiff A is the net G (hereinafter “the network”).

(2) Defendant D (hereinafter “Defendant D”) is a company that runs the establishment, operation, etc. of sales facilities, such as domestic and foreign department stores, and operates “I department stores,” Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant E”) entered into an elevator maintenance and repair service contract with Defendant D around November 2016 and maintained and manages the elevator in I department stores. Defendant D’s assistant intervenor entered into an insurance contract that covers Defendant D’s business liability.

B. On January 20, 2018, the Deceased’s Death caused an elevator accident in I department store: (a) on January 20, 2018, around 15:32, in order to leave the elevator installed at I department store to a movie theater located on the sixth floor (hereinafter “the elevator of this case”); and (b) on the first floor, the elevator was opened while the elevator of this case arrived at the sixth floor, and the body of the Deceased was narrow between the elevator frame upper part and the platform chin.

The Deceased was sent to a nearby hospital by 119 rescue team, but at around 19:48 on the same day, the Deceased died from a crypus flatus, and a low-weight shock from an external shock.

As a result of a regular safety inspection on the instant elevator conducted before the instant accident, the Seoul Metropolitan Office of the Korea Elevator Safety Agency conducted a regular safety inspection on December 20, 2017 on the instant elevator, and issued conditional inspection results on the instant elevator on the ground that the instant elevator was “the structure prior to the collision, the car speed falls short of the size, and the difference in the car crepan,” and issued conditional inspection results on the ground that “the instant elevator exceeded the standards for conditional supplement and correction.”
